Modular air cooled heat pumps are central air conditioning units which take air as cold and heat source and take water as the circulating medium of transferring heat and cool. Modular air cooled heat pumps save a lot of auxiliary equipment like cooling tower and corresponding pipe network and are usually used on HVAC projects which have no heating pipe network or other reliable heat source and require the use of air conditionings all year round.
